Our Rax 1 Heavy Duty industrial shelving and racking is UK-made and can hold a massive 500kg per shelf (uniformally distributed load). ShelvingDirect's industrial shelving is boltless and can be assembled using just a mallet. Rax 1 Industrial racking is available in a wide range of sizes and we can even make to order! Rax 2 Medium Duty still packs a punch with a choice of 100kg to 300kg capacity per level. We also offer British Standard shelving in both braced and clad finishes and FineLine shelving ideal for archive and medical casenote storage.

We have a range of industrial shelving with different widths, depths and heights depending on what it is you wish to store. Because we make all of the industrial shelving ourselves, if you require a particular size that we do not have in stock, we can make custom shelving to your specifications. As well as many industrial uses, the shelving is suitable for use in commercial garages or as warehouse racking, or anywhere you need heavy duty shelving. The frame of the industrial shelving is made from steel. However, the individual shelves can be supplied in either chipboard or steel. The steel shelves are perfect for storing liquids as they do not easily corrode in case of any spillages, and they are easy to wipe down and keep clean.

Thanks to the boltless design, the industrial shelving can be assembled in no time at all using only a rubber mallet and a colleague to help. It’s as easy as that! It’s not true that industrial shelving has to look unattractive. We can supply shelving with a powder coating to give it a smart look and a durable finish that is easy to clean.
